1. Confirm Vehicle Eligibility.

 By registering today, you are confirming your vehicle is a factory-correct, stock, unmodified vehicle that is at least 25 years old. NO REPLICAS, NO KIT CARS, NO MODIFIED VEHICLES, NO HOTRODS, NO CUSTOMS. NO AFTERMARKET WHEELS. Ineligible vehicles will NOT be permitted to enter. If an ineligible vehicle is discovered during judging, it will be disqualified. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. If you aren’t sure, stop now and CONTACT US.

 2. By registering today I understand and agree the following:

• Entries are non-refundable unless show is cancelled.
• Registrations cannot be transferred to another vehicle or participant. 
• $20 Display-Only registrations are NOT judged for awards.
• Special Feature registrations are NOT judged for awards.
• Preservation Class registrations are NOT judged for awards.
• $25 Judged for Awards registrations will be judged for awards and are required to have a fire extinguisher
• Fire Extinguishers are required for judging.  Vehicles without fire extinguishers will be disqualified from judging, and NO REFUND will be issued.
• Due to safety considerations, vehicles must stay on the show field until the awards ceremony is complete.
• Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens reserves the right to cancel or postpone with show due to unsuitable field conditions or other public safety issues.
• NO TENTS OR UMBRELLAS are permitted to be placed around the cars.
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is permitted on Stan Hywet grounds due to licensing.

 3. Driver & Guest Admission

I understand my registration includes admission for driver and passenger ONLY if arriving in the registered show vehicle. If I do not bring my vehicle, I will have to purchase my own spectator tickets to attend the show.

4. Postcards will be mailed after registration closes June 1st.

I understand I will receive a POST CARD in the mail, after registration closes in June. This postcard will serve as my admission on the day of the show.

5. Special Feature, Preservation Class, and Display-Only Vehicles are not judged.

I understand that if my vehicle is registered as Display-Only, is in the Preservation Class, or is part of the Special Feature, there will be no judging for awards. 

6. Email Communication Consent

Yes, I understand I will automatically be added to the email distribution list for communication from Melanie Harwood, GearBox Events, and/or Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens. I understand I can unsubscribe any time by using the UNSUBSCRIBE button in any of the group emails I receive. 

I accept that Melanie Harwood, GearBox Events, and Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens will not share or sell my information.

I also accept that even if I unsubscribe from group emails, I will continue to receive vital emails only regarding my show registration. 

9:00 – 11:00 Show Vehicles Arrive

Our entry process is very smooth and fast. Just remember to have your windshield card in-hand as you enter to show us you are pre-registered. If you do not have your entry card, you will be asked to pull aside until we can verify your registration.

11:00 Show Vehicle Gate Closes

Do not be late as you won’t be allowed to enter. At 11:00 the gate will only be used for guests using the handicapped parking.

11:00 Judging Begins

Please be available and stay by your vehicle until the judges have completed their evaluation. 

3:00 Awards

Awards are announced at this time. We try to keep it moving smoothly as we know it is a long day and many people are ready to roll out. Remember to stay on the show field until this time. This is for safety reasons as there are thousands of spectators walking around. 

Complimentary trailer parking is available at Our Lady of the Elms School located at 1290 West Market Street in Akron. You may park your trailer there and drive your show vehicle to the entry gate from there. There is no unloading or loading of vehicles at Stan Hywet.
